Conor Harty
Conor Harty is a native of Limerick, where he was based,
and he completed a B.Sc. in Production Management at the University of Limerick
in 1991.
After working for 18 months as a Graduate Manager in a local
manufacturing company he entered the family business as a Recruitment Consultant
and over the next two years he also completed a Diploma in HRM as a night
student.
From 1994 to 1999 he worked as a HR Manager with two US Multinational
companies before joining John Harty & Associates as an Executive Search
Consultant in 1999 and afterwards Steinbach & Partner International.
He manages assignments at General Manager and Head of
Function level, mostly in the Supply Chain area.
