Miguel Valdivieso, Ph.D.
Miguel Valdivieso has developed his consulting career aligned to Organization Development mainly focused on sales transformation. Experience includes leading projects related to sales force development, either through process redefinition, implementation actions or Learning activities.
Has a cross industry experience in some of the major Banks, Telecom companies as Vodafone an Telefonica, Utilities as Endesa and Public Sector, in Spain and internationally for Santander Group in LATAM and Yapi Kredi Bank in Turkey.
Miguel has developed his professional experience within Accenture since 1997 where he became a Senior Manager. He has joined Development Systems to create and evolve the IT Solutions for Sales Force Development.
Since August 2010 Maite Fuentes and Miguel Valdivieso manage the Steinbach & Partner International offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Mexico-City, Santiago de Chile and Sao Paulo.
