Alo Naelapea
Alo Naelapea studied psychology and organizational
behavior at Tallinn University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in
Psychology.
He started his career as a HR consultant and an
executive search consultant in 2003. He is a co-founder of Arista HRS and
became a member of Steinbach & Partner in 2011.
He is specialized in management-level executive search
assignments and is a certified consultant of Hogan Assessment Systems. He has
consulted companies regarding management assessment and development.
Alo Naelapea speaks Estonian, English and Russian and
he has experience in working in the Baltic countries.
