He has been on the Board of Steinbach Consulting AG since July 1, 2009. 

From 2000 to 2009, he worked for Kienbaum Executive Consultants GmbH, and in his function as partner and manager of the Competence Centers Advanced Technologies, he was in charge of national and international executive search projects. As one of the partners at Kienbaum, he was also responsible for the Venture Capital and Start-Up Management areas.

Sebastian Steinbach - COO

Sebastian Steinbach studied Mechanical Engineering at the Universities of Munich, Stuttgart, and Berkeley (USA). He then worked initially as a consultant to senior management at TRUMPF, where he performed operational production planning and also coordinated lean-management initiatives as part of the long-term SYNCHRO project. He also oversaw a cross-company make-or-buy project in cooperation with the Purchasing Manager and was a subproject manager responsible for the implementation of an integrated SAP solution at the interface between Sales and Production.

Dr. Oliver Geb - Member of the Management Team

Dr. Oliver Geb studied Physics at the WolfgangGoethe University in Frankfurt followed by a doctorate at the Department of Nuclear Medicine at the University Hospital of Frankfurt. 

From December 1999 to June 2003, Dr. Geb was a  Consultant and Manager at the Consulting firm TCC / Csion Consulting Ltd. His mainwork was the strategy consulting for the automotive and logistics segments. In parallel, Dr. Geb built and grew there the service line "Healthcare Management". 

In July 2003, Dr. Geb moved on to a common spin off of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and AT Kearney, the Ricardo Strategic Consulting GmbH.
