From December 1999 to June 2003, Dr. Geb was a consultant and manager at the consulting firm TCC/Csion Consulting GmbH. His work focused on strategic consulting for the automotive and logistics segments. At the same time, Dr. Geb built up and developed the consulting area “Health Care Management.”
In July 2003, Dr. Geb then moved on to Ricardo Strategic Consulting GmbH, a joint spin-off of Roland Berger and A. T. Kearney. His focus in the following two years was on corporate consulting in the automotive market with projects to increase efficiency processes, primarily in development departments and projects.
Management and HR consulting take an integrative view due to their marked similarities. In May 2005, Dr. Geb decided to transfer to HR consulting at Kienbaum Executive Consultants GmbH in Frankfurt. At Kienbaum, he successfully employed his experience in acquisition and projects and was appointed a Partner in 2007. During his five years at Kienbaum, he focused on the automotive, robotics, automation and mechanical engineering fields with substantial involvement in the health care field – always with a national and international focus.
After his five years at Kienbaum, Dr. Geb joined Amrop-Delta as Managing Director of HR Consulting and was the “Practice Group Leader Automotive & Industrial EMEA,” based in Frankfurt.
After two years as Managing Director, he left Amrop-Delta in the spring of 2012 to join Steinbach & Partner. He became a Member of the Management Team at Steinbach & Partner.
