Studied sociology, psychology and economics at Gerhard Mercator Universität Duisburg, Germany, and Rijksuniversiteit Groningen/Netherlands.
He has been on the Board of Steinbach Consulting AG since July 1, 2009.
From 2000 to 2009, he worked for Kienbaum Executive Consultants GmbH, and in his function as partner and manager of the Competence Centers Advanced Technologies, he was in charge of national and international executive search projects. As one of the partners at Kienbaum, he was also responsible for the Venture Capital and Start-Up Management areas.
Prior to his engagement at Kienbaum, he was active as a consultant and project manager in a personnel and business consulting firm that specializes in technology and IT; he also worked in change management of an international technology group of companies.
